Do not recommend. Manager is rude, drive-thru wait is too long for a fast food restaurant. Earlier today was told they were closed when i tried to go in as a worker was bringing an order outside. None of the workers are wearing a mask and gloves for safety. Use to be a go to spot but not anymore.

The young man who took our order was so sweet but the food C-. First i was given both our combos with no drinks. Second my salad was expired. It had expired Sept. 30. We ordered October. 5. Then we had no napkins, sauce or forks.

I've been here twice. Place is phenomenal and the staff is courteous and welcoming. Next time I go I'm grabbing that Zing seasoning. 💪🏾😁

Very fresh and very good. Employee didn't rush us while making a decision on our order and the rolls were fresh and soft. Everything was excellent.

WOW, what an experience! Our order was wrong last night, manager Osuge?? didn’t give us a hard time about replacing it, which was very nice. When we came for the remake this morning, the manager who greeted us was a different manager but was also so so kind! She didn’t make us overexplain and or rehash the situation, and was very professional. She not only made the whole order fresh and with a smile, but threw in a couple of cookies and a few extra wings and sauces for all of the trouble. Really amazing experience and will definitely be back

First time at this location, they had no ice, no sweet tea, no lemonade, the drive thru was out of order and I didnt get I fork for my mac n cheese....yall need to just close down for the day and try again tomorrow...smh!

Sometimes fresh, sometimes old and dried out chicken. Same with customer service, sometimes nice, sometimes rude. They need to get their act together b/c I like Golden Chick but I won't go here until they deal with the problems.

Workers stand outside smoking at night & that’s so unprofessional , drive thru takes forever but they somehow manage to have not 1 but 2 people standing outside going back & forth from the car while one smokes. Uploaded the photo to google people need to know why orders take so long

This spot is fantastic! Reasonable rates, large dishes and the staff members are always welcoming.

I've eaten at Golden Chick four times in the last two months, it's on the way home from work and I like a good amount of the food offered. Food's always hot, and my order only got messed up once of getting rice when I asked for mashed potatoes as the side. Fortunately I enjoy their rice anyway, so it worked out for that time. Something to bring up though is the undesirable wait times in my last two visits. I went with two friends, all ordered chicken tenders. Took between 15-20 minutes for us to receive them in the dine-in, surprisingly. Also two days ago I ordered catfish in the drive thru. Was told to wait outside "7-8 minutes". 10 minutes later I waited inside instead, wondering what was going on. After 12 more minutes my order was given to me. So I think honesty should be worked on for wait times, 7 minutes just isn't close to the reality of 22.

Do not go eat here. I went here yesterday and no one was wearing gloves or a mask. It is the law that restaurant employees must wear gloves and a mask they are not doing it. The women even coughed while handing me the food. I threw my bag of food away and i will never return. I am reporting them to the health department next.

The parking lot is marked up crazy couldn't tell if they were open 4 business or not the drive thru was tied off. Just as I was pulling off Shrimp texture was like the meal is integrated into the meat. Especially when cooked down Ewwe!4 get about rehestingvthe dog didn't want it.

I had to wait 15min. They didnt have the chicken ready....but it was worth the wait!! I love this chicken so crispy and fresh!

Always bad service but this time they went too far. They messed up my kids order at 7:47pm as stated pn the receipt I called them later around 9:05pm as soon as I get home from WORK and can't even enjoy my dinner cauae i found out what happened to my kids and Instead pf apologizing for their mistake they made me come back to their store to bring them back the meals for a refund. But they couldn't make it right with at least one of the two orders for free. After ALL THE INCONVENIENCE THEY MADE ME GO TRHU. Instead of recognizing they made a mistake. The are sooo ready to argued with me.

I absolutely love this place, the wicked wings are to die for. Great and delicious food

This is my neighborhood golden chick and I come at least 2times a week, I went yesterday afternoon around 4:50 pm and went through the drive thru and another car was in front of me and they pulled up to the window and then drove off. When it was my turn the young lady told me their system was down, so I had to go to the one off the service road on I-30 to get my meal. Never had an issue until yesterday.
